I suppose there is a compliment in there somewhere, UK Government has decided to call their new consumer facing proposition The Customer Voice.
Kind of difficult for them to claim they did not know of our little enterprise given that we have responded to multiple consultations under the trading style ‘The Customer’s Voice’.
No matter – may the best Customer’s Voice win………
