Thanks John, yes that may well be the case – but they don’t tell me what I do need to use. I suspect this is because I ended up with 123 Reg through a reseller and they had the log in details.

Anyway, i’ve had enough of the lock-in approaches of domain name providers. I’m going to move all my domains to one place, no matter what the cost – I just need to figure out which one is the least customer un-friendly.

123-Reg don’t use email for customer log-in which may be why you are having trouble?
