At the moment i’m working on Mydex, a social enterprise initiative plannng to help individuals realise the value of their personal information.
I blog about buyer-centricity/ VRM issues at Right Side Up and at The Kantara Initiative.
I’m also still doing some of my usual customer information strategy work for clients through Information Answers or H2X.
